Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey, handling customer calls and following up with them regularly, resolving issues and collecting feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction via emails, calls and chat channels. Logistics and order management are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management.
  • Work well in a team and have attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is a plus.
  • Strong fluency in English & Hindi is a pre-requisite.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site role in Hyderabad.
