Job Description

This role involves:

  • Handling Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Resolving Customer Queries: Address customer concerns related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Document interactions and follow up on pending issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Education: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
