Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

This role focuses on creating impactful learning experiences to shape the careers of employees.

  • Induction Programs Design & Delivery - Plan engaging in-person sessions for new hires that set them up for success.
  • Exposure Visit to Jaipur - Organize a 2-day tour of key areas in Jaipur to provide real estate industry insights and knowledge.
  • Onboarding Coordination - Collaborate with the hiring team, HODs, and IT to ensure seamless joining formalities.
  • Assessment & Feedback - Conduct assessments and gather participant/manager feedback to improve the induction process.
  • Training & Book Review Support - Coordinate ongoing internal and external training sessions and book reviews.
  • Database Management - Maintain accurate L&D records for induction, training, and book reviews, ensuring compliance with policies.

For this position, we are seeking an MBA holder (preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields) with 2-5 years of experience in Training, HR, or related departments. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).
