We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective eLearning training programs.

As a freelance remote Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives.

  • Develop course content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
  • Design onboarding courses for organizations, leveraging expertise in Curriculum Development and adult learning theories.

Required skills include excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, a proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development, experience in Training & Development and Learning Management, and proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools.
