Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our customer interactions and providing feedback to improve our services.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. They will be responsible for monitoring inbound/outbound calls and email responses to assess our associates' performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality processes and procedures. Additionally, they will assist in developing and maintaining call center quality processes and procedures, as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement quality processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain call center quality processes and procedures.
  • Assist in creating and implementing quality-related training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum six months experience in an Agent position or equivalent work experience & previous quality-related experience within or outside of the Company
Certifications: None required
Reports to: QA Team Leader
