Job Title: RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking an RPA automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation and be proficient in designing and implementing efficient automation solutions.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong expertise in programming languages Python/Java is required, with knowledge of cloud integration, automation, and CI/CD exposure being a plus.
  • Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation possibilities and define process workflows.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and security protocols, as well as preparing and maintaining documentation including technical designs and test cases.

The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest RPA tools, trends, and advancements to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in RPA Tool Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience in automating complex business processes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages Python/Java (required).
  • Cloud integration, automation, and CI/CD exposure (preferred).
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
