Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining opportunities for automation. Your expertise in process assessments will be instrumental in evaluating feasibility and ROI for automation initiatives.

You will be responsible for documenting detailed process workflows, business rules, and exceptions for automation. Additionally, you will collaborate with RPA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Your ability to define and track KPIs for automation success will be crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of our automation efforts. You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards.

In this role, you will work in an Agile environment, driving iterative improvements in RPA delivery. You will support UAT and assist in bot deployment, as well as provide training support to business users.

Required Skills Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in RPA projects
  • Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere (AA) and RPA best practices
  • Experience in process discovery, mapping, and optimization
  • Ability to analyze ROI and business impact of automation initiatives
  • Experience working in an Agile RPA delivery model
  • Strong understanding of integration challenges with legacy systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enhanced automation and intelligent document processing (IDP)
