Job Description

As a seasoned automation expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.

You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality code with proper documentation, error handling, and exception management.

You will optimize existing automations to enhance performance and reduce execution time.

Additionally, you will work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure stable and secure bot deployment.

Troubleshooting and resolving RPA production issues in a timely manner is also a critical aspect of this role.

Finally, you will maintain best practices, coding standards, and reusable automation components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on Automation Anywhere (AA).

Strong understanding of process automation, exception handling, and error recovery strategies is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and knowledge of Python, Java, or .NET is a plus.

Other requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with AI/ML-based automation and exposure to UIPath, Blue Prism, or other RPA tools is also desirable.
