Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. They will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and automation leads to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable RPA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design scalable and reusable RPA solutions ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using the mentioned tools.

Additionally, the RPA Developer will be responsible for implementing exception handling, logging, and secure credential management in automation workflows, conducting thorough unit testing and integration testing, and providing Level 2 support for RPA bots.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 34 years of proven hands-on experience with RPA development.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and web services integration.
  • Experience in orchestrator tools for scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
