Job Title: Senior Automation Specialist

Experience: 2 to 9 years required for this role.

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated automation professional with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring automation bots in production environments. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective automation processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and expand their skills in RPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BOT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Testing & Deployment: Manage the testing, deployment, and implementation of RPA solutions in production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Collaborate with QA teams to conduct unit and system tests.
  • Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed bots in live environments, quickly addressing any incidents or issues that arise.
  • API Integration: Utilize your working knowledge of REST APIs to integrate external systems and services into RPA workflows.
  • SFTP Workflows: Work with SFTP workflows to facilitate secure data transfers between systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data during automation processes.
  • Incident Handling: Follow structured processes for incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • RPA Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation.
  • Bot Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in managing the entire bot lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
  • Experience with SFTP workflows for secure data transfer.
