About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned automation specialist with 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex infrastructure automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux/Windows administration, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), and a passion for automation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build continuous integration pipelines to automate development workflows.
  • Create and maintain cloud environment plans, ensuring seamless end-to-end deployments and automated resource provisioning.
  • Provide technical direction to developers on server troubleshooting and application errors due to environmental issues.
  • Lead production migrations and provide off-hour support for mission-critical applications.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and assist with task allocation and education.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience with Linux Administration, Windows Administration, and IIS Management.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2, S3, CloudFormation, CLI, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDb.
  • Proficient in Bash, Chef, PowerShell, Python, XML, web concepts such as REST APIs and SPA, HTTP Get and Post.
  • Demonstrated mastery of development tools and methodologies, including firewall concepts, network connectivity, XML config files, Rest API calls, HTTP Headers and Response Codes.
  • Deep experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment Technologies: Atlassian Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, MSBuild, NUnit, GIT, Maven, Docker.
