Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. This includes ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles in all financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;">
  • Performing week-end, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies;">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for business decision-making purposes;">
  • Developing and maintaining complex Excel-based financial models to aid in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis;">
  • Designing and implementing Excel to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency;">
  • Supporting the finance team in various ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests; and">
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and GST, TDS requirements.">

    • Account payable and account receivable management, with advanced Excel and Tally Prime expertise;">
    • Client/vendor account payable and account receivable reconciliation;">
    • Vending charges deduction and TDS deduction;">
    • External audits and interacting with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.">
