Financial Operations Leader

Eternal Robotics, a fast-growing organization, is committed to operational excellence and strategic growth. As part of our expansion, we seek a dynamic finance operations leader to drive key financial processes, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance & Audits: Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking, process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis: Create MIS reports for management and investors, support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams for payroll, taxation, and operations, support financial planning for internal initiatives and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
