Central Finance Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for designing and implementing SAP Central Finance solutions to integrate financial data from various systems and optimize financial processes. The specialist will work independently on CFIN SAP FI projects respecting SAP ECC, CFIN, and FSCM.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level understanding of all finance processes including period-end activities. Additionally, they should have experience with middleware like Agora and BODS, and knowledge of the process industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage change requests with business stakeholders, enhancements, and project initiatives.
- Partner with Application leads, business leaders, and support partners to deliver value to the business.
- Implement projects from start to finish, including configuration and customization of Central Finance submodules, such as Accounts Payable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- SAP Financial Accounting - General Ledger (FI-GL).
- SAP Financial Accounting - Accounts Payable (FI-AA).
- Good understanding of interface technologies (Idoc etc).
Certifications:
- SAP cFIN.
- S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting.
