Omnicom Global Solutions is a leading provider of finance operations services. We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

\
  • Providing analytical support to the finance team by reviewing and analyzing ledger balances and AP ledgers;\
  • Collaborating with the reporting team to prepare samples and request information from the wider team;\
  • Posting invoices monthly and working closely with the agency and EXL team to ensure timely and accurate processing;\
  • Reviewing and resolving vendor issues, including setup and general communications;\
  • Processing network service costs and highlighting anomalies;\
  • Conducting bi-weekly AP reviews to analyze and investigate aging and debit balances across supplier, employee, and intercompany accounts payable ledgers;\
  • Managing the freelancer process, including invoice processing and review, obtaining approvals for processing and coding recruitment fees.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Relevant experience in accounting operations;\
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;\
  • Analytical ability and logical reasoning;\
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;\
  • Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups, and conditional formulas.
