Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a financial services specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing cash balances, producing portfolio reports, and providing exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Team

The team you will be joining is a part of a leading investment management organization, which creates enterprise software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Managing cash balances
  • Producing portfolio reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business/Accounting/Finance or another Financial-related program
  • 3-6 years experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, or related careers (preferred)
  • Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications Excel, Word etc.)
  • Aptitude for math, interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, multitasking capability, ability to work under pressure/deadlines driven environment
