Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage client relationships and spearhead digital marketing initiatives. This role entails serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all digital channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and foster long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Understand client requirements, develop comprehensive briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Strategize and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns encompassing SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
