Business Development Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to drive the success of our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and mentoring the team to achieve their targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Dotcom, BFSI, or Telecom industries.

The Business Development Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve their targets.
  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales performance.
  • Presenting market approaches to reinforce the bottom line.
  • Conducting product and process training for new recruits and existing team members.
  • Adopting a consultative selling approach as a consultant to the team and customers.
  • Generating business leads and developing sales plans.
  • Managing the ERP system and ensuring it is up-to-date for the team.
  • Conducting daily team reviews and reporting progress.
  • Ensuring a fast and smooth customer on-boarding process.
  • Managing the customer life-cycle and providing valuable feedback.
  • Delivering optimum and time-bound results for sales and operations.
