Job Description:

This is a challenging business development role that involves driving growth through identifying and engaging prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of knowledge in prospecting, managing, and developing relationships with business owners while executing sales strategies to obtain job orders and exceed monthly goals.

This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset.

The successful candidate will help drive the growth of our organization through identification and engagement of prospective clients, with an end goal of engaging us as their professional staffing vendor of choice.

This is a full-time position based in India, where you will work closely with our team to drive business development and expand our operations in the USA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining the sales roadmap and engaging targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
  • Achieving sales and margin targets.
  • Delivering customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Researching, marketing, and effectively presenting our services to new clients.
  • Penetrating new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Generating new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment especially in technology, banking, and financial services area in the USA region.
  • Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
