Job Title: School Franchise Business Development Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to drive business growth through franchise expansion.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, conducting city profiling, and implementing lead generation initiatives. They will also conduct business presentations to potential partners, evaluate prospect profiles, and design marketing strategies for acquisition.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and business development experience, preferably in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partner Identification: Identify and engage with potential business partners for franchise expansion.
- City Profiling: Conduct market research and analysis to identify prime locations for new schools.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Business Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations to potential partners.
- Prospect Evaluation: Assess prospect profiles and suitability as business partners.
- Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing plans for franchise acquisition.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) or Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / sales / institutional sales.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential partners.
- Strong networking and presentation skills to build relationships and secure partnerships.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
