Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our business partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the EdTech or startup ecosystem.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic partnership development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Lead negotiations to finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Craft and execute negotiation plans to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure all deals comply with company policies and guidelines.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Provide insightful recommendations based on market research.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align partnership goals with overall business objectives.

Performance Tracking:

  • Establish performance metrics for partnership initiatives and track progress.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institution (equivalent).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business partnerships, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in forging successful partnerships in EdTech or startup sector.

Skills:

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
