Job Title: Director of Strategic Growth

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our business unit's expansion and drive its next phase of growth. This role entails full responsibility for the unit's overall performance and profit.

  • Oversee all aspects of the business unit, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years.

Growth Acceleration & Business Development

  • Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.

Financial Performance & Profitability

  • Ensure budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance through effective financial management.

Scalable Operations

  • Develop and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Leadership for Performance

  • Foster a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.

Board & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.

Market Growth & Positioning

  • Enhance the business unit's competitive positioning in the cybersecurity industry by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation to boost financial performance.
