
Luxury Business Development Executive

We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader to spearhead our online luxury business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and business development initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, including sales forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting. Ensure alignment with company requirements.
- Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary to drive business growth and development.
- Review overall performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.
Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with 500+ brand principals to drive business growth based on market research and past product performance.
Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
People Skills and Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including merchandising, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
