Job Title

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Senior Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-border payments and be able to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients across various regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing relationships with key clients, driving merchant acquisition through a robust sales strategy, and engaging with partners to promote our cross-border payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure relationships with key clients across regions, including the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive merchant acquisition and increase revenue from international markets.
  • Engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, and eCommerce platforms to promote our cross-border payments solutions.
  • Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals.
