Job Title: Regional Business Manager

This is a full-time role for a Regional Business Manager with permanent location as Lucknow, overseeing business development in the region, daily operations, recruitment for the territory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving overall growth and performance of the branch.

  • Lead strategic planning to drive growth and performance of the region
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Recruit and manage a team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • At least 7+ years of experience as in a Business Manager or Senior Sales/BD Role
  • Elevator industry experience of 5+ years in major manufacturers is mandatory
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical data
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred
