About the Role

  • Lead a high-performing team of warehouse staff
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Manage regional warehouse P&L, including budgeting and cost control
  • Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
