Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants. This will involve identifying potential partners, providing them with information about relevant business opportunities, and negotiating partnership deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and establish contact with target audiences.
  • Provide them with detailed information about Tata AIA and AIG business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals.
  • Complete necessary documentation, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Support partners in setting up their initial business operations.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns and post on social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the finance, wealth management, and insurance industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
