Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR business partnering.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits, Compliance (HRBP) professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
  2. Overseeing accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  4. Ensuring payroll data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
  5. Celebrating great performance through various incentives as per the company policy.
  6. Coordinating with finance and external vendors for payroll processing.
  7. Maintaining payroll records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  8. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies across HR operations.
  9. Conducting regular audits to maintain adherence to legal and organisational standards.
  10. Collaborating with internal teams to address employee concerns related to compensation and compliance.
  11. Developing and maintaining documentation related to HR compliance and policies.
  12. Supporting the HRBP function in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  13. Preparing reports and analyses on compensation trends and compliance metrics for leadership review.
  14. Providing training to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures and statutory compliance in India.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in business services or facilities management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and compensation challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
