Job Opportunity: Executive - Compensation & Benefits

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage compensation and benefits for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • This role involves processing monthly salary inputs, advances, loans, and increments, as well as exit and full and final settlements in accordance with defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and ensure timely delivery of benefits to employees.
  • Manage employee reimbursements for expenses incurred by members, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Coordinate annual increment processes, including data collection, analysis, and communication with employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Benefits:
  • MBA 8-12 years.
  • Preferably PHR/SHRM-CP/CHRMP-HR Analysis and other globally recognized HRM specialist validated certificates.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
