Drive Growth in Molecular Diagnostics as a Regional Sales Leader

About the Role
  • We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead regional growth initiatives for our molecular diagnostics portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue expansion across assigned regions
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of Area Sales Managers across multiple territories
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts, thought leaders, and channel partners to expand market reach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within molecular diagnostics or IVD, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region
