About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Solar Panels to join our team. This full-time position offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic company and contribute to its growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in sales and a strong understanding of solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth
- Maintain and build customer relationships through excellent communication and service
- Demonstrate expertise in solar energy solutions to promote solar panels effectively
- Generate new leads through various channels and convert them into sales
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Present solar energy solutions to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Lead and manage a sales team to drive performance and achieve objectives
What We Offer:
