Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in strategic account management and enterprise sales. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, drive adoption of our platform across procurement departments, and identify opportunities for expansion.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end procurement workflows, ERP integrations, and manufacturing supply chain processes. They will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews, tracking usage metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Key Account Management & Customer Success:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and account expansions
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new opportunities, module additions, and contract renewals
    • Lead complex pricing discussions and contract negotiations with procurement, IT, and finance teams
  • Operational Excellence & Account Management:
    • Oversight of purchase order generation, invoice processing, and payment collections from enterprise accounts
    • Maintain systematic follow-up processes for proposals, implementations, renewals, and payment clearances
    • Cultivate strong relationships with procurement teams, IT departments, and finance functions across multiple organizational levels
  • Strategic Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
    • Collaborate with implementation, product, and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and seamless project delivery
    • Provide competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends to influence product roadmap and service improvements
