About the Role:

  • Develop revenue-growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and design high-impact initiatives to align teams and deliver measurable business results.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in business strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles within startups or high-growth environments.

The successful candidate will be able to connect market insights to actionable strategies, design, validate, and execute growth initiatives, and lead cross-functional experiments with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and success criteria. They will also be responsible for prioritizing features and internal tools that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization, and ensure instrumentation, data integrity, and experiment frameworks are in place.

About You:

  • You have 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup strategy roles.
  • You possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across levels.
  • You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
