
Strategic Business Development Manager

The role of Associate Director involves leading the charge in developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth and enhance delivery.
To succeed, you will need to establish efficient A/R processes, devise effective collection strategies, and demonstrate a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and KPIs standards.
Experience working with downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing, is also essential.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of team members, managing multiple teams, and delivering results-driven presentations.
Candidates must have a minimum 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process, along with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of success.
Additionally, applicants should possess expertise in metrics and calculations, as well as the ability to manage human resources effectively.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Establish efficient A/R processes and collection strategies.
- Understand revenue cycle management and KPIs standards.
- Manage multiple teams and develop team members.
Candidate Requirements:
