Job Overview:

The role of a Strategic Business Growth Developer involves driving business expansion through innovative strategies, identifying and nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Number of meetings booked with relevant prospects.
  • Pipeline generated from outbound efforts.
