Job Overview:
The role of a Strategic Business Growth Developer involves driving business expansion through innovative strategies, identifying and nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
- Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Success Metrics:
- Response rates & engagement from outbound email & social outreach.
- Number of meetings booked with relevant prospects.
- Pipeline generated from outbound efforts.
- Lead conversion & closed deals from outbound sales.
