Property Investment Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Investment Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to play a crucial role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to determine their potential for return on investment
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents to assess the feasibility of each deal
  • Calculate key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform your analysis
  • Maintain and update our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to support informed decision-making
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Ability to understand complex financial concepts and terminology
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and make important decisions with confidence
