Sales Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled High Ticket Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as closing high-value deals, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also handle escrow transactions and ensure successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close high-value deals through effective negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle escrow transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Strong experience with Closings and Deal Closure techniques.
- Knowledge of handling Escrow transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
