Job Title: Commercial Property Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical expert to evaluate commercial property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

The successful candidate will review deals, assess financial returns, analyze refurbishment costs, and make informed decisions on whether to proceed or not.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where accuracy, logic, and continuous improvement are highly valued in our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating commercial properties for potential investment
  • Reviewing property documents, including floor plans, EPCs, and comparables
  • Calculating key financial figures, such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV
  • Developing and maintaining deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Creating written summaries of property evaluations, including recommendations
  • Triple-checking work to ensure accuracy before submission
  • Taking ownership of evaluation results, which directly impact business decisions
  • Welcoming feedback and continuously improving evaluation skills
  • Updating property information in CRM systems accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Experience in commercial property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of financial terms, including yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulousness and ability to handle important decisions under pressure
