Job Title: Property Investment Analyst Professional

We're seeking an exceptionally skilled and detail-oriented Property Investment Analyst to join our team. As a highly responsible professional, you will be trusted to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Calculating key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform our investment decisions.
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline our process and improve efficiency.
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Taking ownership of your analysis and being accountable for your results.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and outcomes.

  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
