Venture Capital Investment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Investments team as a Venture Capital Investment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market size analysis, evaluating products/services, assessing teams, business models, and financials.

As a key member of the investment team, you will support commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence, and coordinate with professional firms to oversee their diligence findings. You will also assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and startup ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on live deals and contribute meaningfully to high-impact investment decisions. You will engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparation of updates on the companies, assist founders with research and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.

  • Deal Evaluation: Conduct market size analysis, evaluate products/services, assess teams, business models, and financials, identify risk factors, and analyze competitive landscapes and funding histories.
  • Due Diligence: Support the investment team in commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence, and coordinate with professional firms to oversee their diligence findings.
  • Deal Sourcing: Assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and startup ecosystem.
  • Portfolio Support: Engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparation of updates on the companies, assist founders with research and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Internal Reports & Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal records.
  • Investor Relations: Assist in making presentations for Limited Partners (LPs) as well as investor updates.

Requirements:

  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields preferred.
