About the Role

At ADCI HYD 13 SEZ, we are seeking an Onboarding Specialist, EU Compliance to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our sellers comply with EU regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nudge sellers to fast-track their onboarding process by notifying them of required or missing documents.
  • Provide white-glove support to book the first shipment for sellers.
  • Monitor seller activity and nudge them if they are dormant to increase shipping frequency.
  • Manage and drive the growth of sellers' businesses by providing marketplace ASIN-level recommendations and delivering on key business opportunities.
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions, by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.
  • Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business and provide a great consumer experience.
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English, with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.
  • Interest in e-commerce/online business.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
