Seller Growth Programs - EU 3P Compliance Team Job Description

This role is part of the EU Compliance programs at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. We are seeking a skilled Compliance Programs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales and account management, with a focus on EU Compliance programs. The role involves developing and managing compliance sales/onboarding pipeline, identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and creating compelling Amazon solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compliance sales/onboarding pipeline to drive program adoption and revenue growth
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management teams of existing accounts
- Create and present compelling Amazon solutions to meet customer requirements
- Develop and execute strategic analyses to provide important insights into the business
- Monitor existing metrics and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and account management, with a focus on EU Compliance programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software
