Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

This is a role for the Seller Growth Programs - EU 3P Compliance team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. Our Compliance Services aim to transform the way Sellers can fulfill their Compliance obligations in the EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own SP interaction to drive compliance program adoption and support Sellers throughout the funnel.
  • Develop and execute strategic analyses to provide important insights into the business.
  • Monitor existing metrics and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Drive definition of sales processes, pipelines, goals, and reporting to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics and achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • B2 or C1 Certification in Spanish Language and Bachelor degree, and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B2 or C1 Certification in Spanish Language and Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business).
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.
  • Willing to work in evening/night shifts.
