
Senior Strategic Advisor

Job Overview:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and business model evaluation for corporate clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive credit strategies to ensure portfolio growth and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review annual reports, cash flows, and working capital management.
- Lead the team in analyzing credit notes and make informed decisions based on internal rating criteria.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate customer reviews and approvals.
- Assign ratings to customers based on internal criteria, ensuring alignment with bank policies.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and proposed solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and changing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess credit proposals, review cases, and document check analysis to ensure adherence to credit policy parameters.
- Monitor delinquency, exceptions, portfolio movement, and maintain data required by senior management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- CA/MBA from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in credit evaluation, preferably in a bank setting.
- Proven track record of credit evaluation, financial analysis, and market knowledge in the relevant industry segment.
