Indirect Tax Litigation Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Indirect Tax Litigation team in Chandigarh.

The Role:

  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice on commercial acumen and market insights.
  • Lead client service delivery teams and act as a Trusted Business Advisor for medium/large assignments.
  • Provide expert advice on Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, and Tax Restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with clients at senior positions.
  2. Manage the planning and coordination of complex engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws.
  3. Takes a leadership role in high-performance teams and creates a climate of excellence.

Requirements:

  • CA or Law Graduate from a known institution with a strong analytical and researching background.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory with excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Indirect Tax laws and regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills with proactive and reliable approach.
