We are seeking a visionary finance leader to drive strategic growth, profitability, and corporate governance across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in IT/services companies, with expertise in financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance, legal, compliance, and commercial functions, driving business results through strategic decision-making and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Financial Leadership
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Providing real-time financial insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Risk Management, Governance & Compliance
  • Implementing robust internal controls and risk frameworks to mitigate potential threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Overseeing legal, regulatory filings, and contract management with vendors, clients, and partners.
Operational Efficiency & Process Excellence
  • Standardizing finance processes across payroll, billing cycles, AR/AP, and cost control.
  • Driving ERP-based automation to reduce reporting cycles and improve operational efficiency.
Revenue Growth, Cost & Margin Management
  • Increasing group revenues through strategic pricing and business support initiatives.
  • Improving net profit margins through cost rationalization and margin optimization.
Investor Relations & IPO Readiness
  • Building and executing a strong investor relations strategy to engage with external advisors, bankers, and investors.
  • Preparing the organization for IPO readiness, including governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in IT/services companies

• Proven expertise in investor relations and IPO readiness

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, legal compliance, risk management, and regulations

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• Outstanding stakeholder management, strategic vision, and communication skills
