Job Role

A Hotel Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of a hotel branch. They are responsible for overseeing front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage staff performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hotel Management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a supervisory role.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
