Job Title: Front Office Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Front Office department, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency or Grand Club operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel
Key Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager
- Strong administrative, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
