Key responsibilities include delivering the brand promise by managing Front Office operations, encompassing the Front Desk, Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, administrative expertise, and excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with employees, guests, and owners.
Requirements- A degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, preferably from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager, gained in a similar capacity.
- Good administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
