Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in the sales of life insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve pre-set business targets on WNBP, persistency, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
  • Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan.
  • Drive and motivate the branch staff and provide support for logging in applications sourced.
  • Tap the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
  • Build relationships with HDFC branch staff and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve branch staff activation targets.
  • Work collectively with HDFC staff and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers.
  • Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage the relationship between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner.
  • Provide all possible support to the channel partner as a face of the parent company.
  • Effectively execute all marketing activities as per Partner requirements.
  • Ensure timely issuance of policies with resolving all pending issues.
  • Adhere to customer touch-point engagement to service his portfolio of customers.
  • Maintain the desired persistency ratio.
  • Prompt post-sales service with respect to all domains.
  • Strategize and interact closely with the HDFC branch manager on business plan execution.

Ensure Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance to internal sales process and other compliance standards.
  • Be a process and product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team.

MIS:

  • Adhere to the Training Roadmap.
  • Provide timely reports to the Supervisor as per requirements.
  • Adhere to the TALIC code of conduct.
  • Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws, and process changes.
